Shipping policy

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper Spray CANNOT be shipped to the following locations:

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Brazil, Mexico and Croatia.

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Custom orders are processed in 7-14 days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping Time: 3-14 business days in the US, 15-30 business days internationally

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TYPE YOUR ADDRESS CORRECTLY!!!!

If your package gets sent BACK to us due to incorrect address you MUST pay for shipping AGAIN.

Any packages returned due to delivery failure due to an unknown address or inability to contact the recipient cannot be canceled or refunded.

Pretty Pink n Paid is not responsible for any lost packages marked as "delivered". Please file a claim directly with the USPS or the Carrier you choose for any lost packages. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Any questions can be emailed to Queen@prettypinkpaid.com

Once I ship the item it’s USPS or Carrier you Choose responsibility, and you must contact them for any lost package(s).
